Product Overview
Our Carburizing Furnace Fixture is professional high-temperature heat treatment tooling 100% cast by ASTM A297 heat-resistant steel. It is specially developed for severe working conditions of high-temperature carburizing, carbonitriding and thermal cycling in industrial furnaces. Adopting premium lost wax investment casting process, the fixture features integrated one-piece forming, no welding seam, high structural stability and long service life, which perfectly solves the problems of deformation, cracking and short service life of traditional welded fixtures.

Material Advantage: High chromium and nickel alloy formula provides excellent anti-carburizing, anti-oxidation and high-temperature creep resistance under 950℃-1250℃ continuous high temperature.
Production Technology
Made by Lost Wax Casting / Investment Casting (Inversement Casting). Precision casting process ensures dense internal structure, smooth surface, no porosity and no sand holes. Compared with ordinary welding and forging parts, it has better thermal fatigue resistance and overall rigidity.
