Heat Treatment Trays are flat high-temperature bearing trays made of standard ASTM A297 heat-resistant steel via precision investment casting. Different from ordinary stamping and welded trays, our cast trays have denser structure, better flatness retention and stronger high-temperature fatigue resistance, which are ideal flat loading tooling for high-temperature heat treatment.

Optional Grade: HF / HK general high temperature grade
Material Advantage: Good anti-scaling and anti-oxidation performance, keep flat and stable after repeated high-temperature baking, no oxide falling off.

Manufactured by Lost Wax Casting / Investment Casting (Inversement Casting), integral thickened structure, uniform material texture and stable performance.
